  1. Contest Period
    1.1) The YES TV Television Contest (the “Contest”) begins on February 16, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on March 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
    1.2) By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of YES TV (the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest, including eligibility and the awarding of the prize, without right of appeal.

  2. Eligibility
    2.1) The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
    2.2) Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses) or households are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter
    3.1) No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
    3.2) To obtain one (1) entry, an entrant must complete the YES TV Viewer Survey available at www.yestv.com/survey during the Contest Period.
    3.3) Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.

  4. Prize
    4.1) There is one (1) prize (the “Prize”) available to be won, consisting of a 50-inch Smart Television.
    4.2) The approximate retail value of the Prize is $500 CAD.
    4.3) The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the Prize cannot be awarded as described.
    4.4) Any costs or expenses not expressly stated herein are the responsibility of the winner.

  5. How to Win
    5.1) A random draw will be conducted during the week following the end of the Contest Period from among all eligible entries received.
    5.2) The draw will take place at the Sponsor’s offices located at 1295 North Service Rd, Burlington, Ontario, L7R 4M2.
    5.3) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

  6. Prize Claim Conditions
    6.1) To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
    a) respond to the Sponsor’s notification of selection within two (2) business days of the first attempt to contact them;
    b) correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question;
    c) sign and return a declaration and release form within two (2) business days of receipt; and
    d) otherwise comply with these Official Rules.
    6.2) Failure to comply with any of the above may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and the selection of an alternate entrant.

  7. Right to Void, Suspend or Modify
    7.1) The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time if, in its sole discretion, circumstances arise that compromise the integrity, security or proper administration of the Contest, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud or unauthorized intervention.

  8. Limitation of Liability and Release
    8.1) By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
    8.2) The Promotion Entities are not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures of any kind, or any errors in the administration of the Contest.

  9. Protection of Personal Information
    9.1) Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and fulfilling the Prize, unless the entrant has expressly consented to receive promotional communications from YES TV.
    9.2) All personal information will be handled in accordance with the YES TV Privacy Policy, available at https://www.yestv.com/privacy-policy.
    9.3) Survey responses will be aggregated and analyzed for research and audience insight purposes. Individual survey responses will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning and will not be publicly attributed to any individual entrant.

  10. Publicity
    10.1) By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, voice and place of residence for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  11. General Conditions
    11.1) All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Automated, bulk, fraudulent or third-party entries are void. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
    11.2) The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    11.3) If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    11.4) The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.

  12. Governing Law
    12.1) The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
    12.2) Any disputes arising from or relating to the Contest shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
