Some users experience issues casting from their mobile device to a TV.

Solution: Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network and try restarting your devices. If casting works with other apps but not YES TV, please provide your device and app version to our support team for further help.

These shows are available only through live streaming according to the broadcast schedule.

Solution: Check the Program Guide in the app to see when your favorite shows are airing live. Unfortunately, these shows are not available for on-demand streaming.

No, the YES TV App is currently only available for streaming within Canada.

Solution: For out-of-area viewers, YES TV is not accessible due to geographical restrictions.
